Coffee Hazelnut Soda, What is your identity?

Coffee Hazelnut Soda is perfect for those of you who love ice americano. The only coffee that will fill you who think that ice alone is not enough.

Add a little soda sparkle to your life – you will be pleasantly surprised by how well this mix works.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml/9 fl oz water
  • 3 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 125 ml/4 fl oz sparkling water
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut syrup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 ice cubes

Decoration

  • Slices of lime
  • Slices of lemon

Method

Step 1

Use the water and coffee granules to brew some hot coffee, then leave to cool to room temperature.

Step 2

Transfer to a jug, cover with clingfilm and chill in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.

Step 3

When the coffee has chilled, pour it into a food processor. Add the sparkling water, hazelnut syrup and sugar, and process well. Add the ice cubes and process until smooth.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into glasses, decorate the rims with slices of fresh lime and lemon, and serve.
