Choose green-fleshed melon such as Ogen or Honeydew to give a better contrast with the pawpaw

Ingredients

2 small melons
1 pawpaw
juice of ½ lemon

 

Method

Cut the pawpaw in ½ inch cubes and squeeze over the lemon juice. Halve the melons, scoop out the seeds and fill the centre with the prepared pawpaw.
