Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower
- Salt
- 3-4 eggs
- 100g (¼lb) butter
- About 4 x 15ml tbsp (4tbsp) breadcrumbs

Method
Step 1
Trim cauliflower, rinse well in water and boil in lightly salted water, either whole or in sprigs.
Step 2
Meanwhile hard boil the eggs, peel and coarsely chop. Sauté breadcrumbs until golden.
Step 3
Drain cauliflower well and place on a hot serving dish. Sprinkle half the eggs over and pour butter mixed with breadcrumbs on top.
