Ingredients
1 x 14 oz. can of coconut
8 oz. of red candied cherries
8 oz. of green candied pineapple
8 oz. of chopped dates
4 cups of chopped pecans
1 can of condensed milk
Method
Mix all together and then roll into balls. Bake for 20 minutes at 350ºF degrees. You can roll them in powdered sugar or eat them as they are.
