Ingredients

Makes 3 quarts

3 eggs
1 ¾ cups light brown sugar; firm pack
3 cups Milk
3 cups whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon Maple flavouring (opt)
1 cup slated pecans, chopped

 

Method

Beat eggs until foamy in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add sugar; beat until thickened. Add milk, cream, vanilla, and maple flavour; mix well. Stir in pecans. Chill. Churn-freeze.
