Ingredients

1 fresh/frozen lobster, medium size
Olive oil, ½ wine glass
Lemon juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp rosemary
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 glass of water
Salt
Pepper

Method

1. Boil the lobster in a large pan with ample salted water at high temperature for 25-40 minutes.

 

2. When done, take lobster out of the pan, remove the shell and cut lobster into chunks. Pick a frying pan to accommodate the lobster chunks, add the water, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Allow the mixture to warm up and stir.

 

3. Add the chunks in the pan and cook for 8 minutes, occasionally turning the chunks over. Add the rosemary. When done, remove the lobster chunks from the pan and maintain them warm in a large dish. Pour the sauce (the contents of the frying pan) in a food blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.

 

4. Pour the contents of the food mill (sauce) over lobster chunks in a large dish.
