Ingredients
1 kg pork, shoulder (ribs side)
15 sage leaves
2 cloves garlic
The lemon juice from ½ lemon
1 bottle of sweet wine (700 ml)
½ cup olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Method
1. Separate the ribs to 4 pieces and place them in a deep container with the lemon juice, olive oil, sweet wine, sage leaves (washed and dried), and cloves of garlic (crushed). Add the salt, pepper and let them marinade.
2. Place the ribs on charcoal or on grill in preheated oven for 15 minutes making sure to turn ribs over for uniform cooking. Keep the ribs wet with the marinade, do not let them dry. Serve as soon as ribs are done.
