Gin Cup, Over the Gin. This is one of the basic cocktail recipes. But it is very effective and delicious.
Ingredients
- 3 mint sprigs, plus extra to decorate
- 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
- Chopped ice
- Juice off ½ lemon
- 3 measures gin

Method
Step 1
Put the mini and sugar syrup in an old-fashioned glass and stir them about to bruise, the mint slightly.
Step 2
Fill the glass with chopped ice, add the lemon juice and gin and stir until a frost begins to form. Decorate with extra mint sprigs.
