Iced Mint Tea

Ingredients

Makes about 3 cups (750ml).

1½ cups firmly packed fresh mint leaves
3 Chinese green tea bags
2 tablespoons sugar
3 cups (750ml) boiling water

 

Method

1. Combine mint, tea bags, sugar and water in large heatproof bowl, stand 15 minutes.

 

2. Strain mixture into jug; cool to room temperature. Refrigerate.

 

• Recipe can be made a day ahead.
• Storage: Covered, in refrigerator.
• Freeze: Not suitable.
