Ingredients

1 kg pork ribs (with bone)
3 tablespoons soya sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 clover garlic, finely sliced
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon sweet chilly sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
A little grated ginger
1 shot of cinnamon
1 clove carnation, ground

 

Method

1. Mix the soya sauce, honey, garlic, ketchup, chilly, lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon and carnation in a large bowl.

2. Immerse pork ribs in the marinade, cover bowl with kitchen film and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.

3. Preheat oven at 180°C for 4-5 minutes. Line a baking tin with non-stick kitchen paper or foil and arrange ribs. Pour the marinade over ribs. Insert baking tin in the oven and cook for 1 hour approximately. Occasionally, turn ribs over to roast evenly.
