Tas Kebab, Indulge in Greece
Tas kebab. There are several ways to cook Tas kebab. They are largely divided into Turkey and Greece, and their recipes differ. This recipe is in the form like a salad.

- 1 kilo of meat, either lamb or veal
- ½ kilo of onions
- ½ kilo of ripe tomatoes
- ½ cup of butter
- ½ cup of dry wine
- Parsley, finely chopped
- Salt
- Pepper

Method
Step 1
Dice the meat into medium-sized cubes, wash and drain. Put butter in a frying pan, heat it well and fry the meat cubes.
Then put the meat into a saucepan. Cut the onions into slices and fry them in the butter.
Step 2
Then put the fried onions with the butter into the saucepan along with the meat.
Heat, and before the ingredients begin to brown, pour in the wine and the tomatoes, which should have been skinned and mashed beforehand in a vegetable blender.
Add salt, pepper and the parsley. Allow to stew, adding water if necessary.
Step 3
To be served with rice, or mashed potatoes or even fried potatoes.
