Iced coffee is a great way to cool down during the hot summer months, but sometimes it can be a little bit plain. If you’re looking for a way to jazz up your iced coffee, try making a cold brew!
Cold brew is made by steeping coffee grounds in cold water for an extended period (usually 12-24 hours). This results in a smooth, rich coffee that is perfect for iced drinks.
To make a cold brew, simply combine ground coffee with cold water in a jar or pitcher. Stir well, cover, and let sit in the fridge for 12-24 hours. Strain the coffee grounds and enjoy over ice!
