Three Cheese Green Salad

Who can say no to a healthy salad with three types of cheese? Prepare this for a lunch to go and enjoy every delicious bite of this pleasant salad meal.


1 lettuce
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup cubed Swiss cheese
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
cup white balsamic vinegar
cup olive oil
1 cup toasted pecan pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste


Serves: 6


1. Wash the lettuce leaves; drain.

2. Tear them into bite-sized pieces.

3. In a small bowl combine the vinegar, oil and seasoning.

4. Add some salt and pepper, to taste.

5. In another, larger bowl, combine all of the remaining ingredients.

6. Drizzle the salad with the dressing.

7. Toss well and serve.
