Three Cheese and Ham Bake

Prepare this delicious and rich casserole with three types of cheese, eggs and ham. So creamy and flavorful breakfast meal that is also very simple to make.


pound shredded monterey jack cheese
⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
pound shredded Swiss cheese
8 eggs, beaten
2 cups diced ham
3 tbsp melted butter
loaf French bread, cut into small cubes
cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste


Serves: 10


1. Grease a baking dish.

2. Arrange the bread cubes and drizzle with the melted butter.

3. Top with ham, Monterrey Jack and Swiss cheese.

4. Whisk the eggs along with the mustard and milk.

5. Add some salt and pepper, to taste.

6. Pour the egg mixture in the baking dish.

7. Refrigerate overnight.

8. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

9. Bake for about one hour.

10. In a small bowl, combine the parmesan and sour cream.

11. Spread the mixture over

12. Bake for 10 more minutes, until lightly browned.

13. Let cool 10-15 minutes before serving.
