Cheese Tortellini Salad

This quick and comforting tortellini salad is a great lunch or dinner meal. This recipe uses cheese tortellini, olives, provolone cheese, pepperoni and artichokes with an amazing Italian salad dressing for a deeply enjoyable meal.


1 pounds cheese tortellini
pound chopped provolone cheese
pound chopped pepperoni
1 can black olives, sliced
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 package dry Italian salad dressing
bottle Italian-style salad dressing
Black pepper, to taste


Serves: 8


1. Cook the tortellini in salted, boiling water for about 6 minutes.

2. Rinse in cold water and drain them.

3. Transfer them to a large bowl.

4. Place all of the remaining ingredients in the bowl with tortellini.

5. Make sure they are well combined then serve.
