Cheesy Fish Grills

Simple and healthy nutrient-packed meal that your kids will love. Prepare these quick and tasty cheesy fish grills in less than half an hour. Serve with potato salad.


4 chunky white fish fillets
4 slices of ham
2 ounces grated cheddar cheese
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
Olive oil, for brushing


Serves: 4


1. Preheat your grill to high.

2. Grease a baking dish.

3. Arrange the fish fillets in the dish.

4. Brush them with some oil.

5. Grill for about 2 minutes.

6. In a small bowl combine the cheese and onions.

7. Remove them from the heat and flip them over.

8. Top with ham slices.

9. Sprinkle with cheese and onion mixture.

10. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

11. Return to grill.

12. Grill for about 5 minutes.

13. Serve with potatoes or your favorite side dish.
