Grilled Cheese Sandwich

4 slices white bread
4 slices cheddar cheese
3 tbsp butter, divided

Method

1. Preheat your skillet.


2. Butter one side of a slice of bread.


3. Place it onto skillet with the buttered side down.


4. Add 2 slices of cheddar cheese.


5. Butter the other slice of bread.


6. Place it on top of the cheese with the buttered side up.


7. When lightly browned, flip the sandwich over.


8. Grill until the cheese is melted.


9. Repeat the process with the other sandwich and serve.
