Creamy Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs

Prepare fast and delicious scrambled eggs for a great start of the day. The cottage cheese makes the scrambled eggs creamy, cheesy and soft and deeply enjoyable. Serve with tomato slices and enjoy your beginning of the day.


4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp chopped fresh chives
cup cottage cheese
Black pepper, to taste


Serves: 2


1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

2. Add the eggs.

3. Cook for1-2 minutes, until the bottom begins to firm.

4. Stir in the chives and cottage cheese.

5. Season with some pepper, to taste.

6. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally then serve.
