Cheese Fondue

Make something new as a weekend appetizer and please everybody. This cheesy and delicious fondue is a perfect way for family gathering.


pound shredded gruyere cheese
pound shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp flour
tsp ground nutmeg
tsp salt
1 loaf French bread, cubed


1. In a fondue pot, simmer the wine.

2. Add the gruyere cheese first, then the Swiss.

3. Stir in 2 tbsp of flour.

4. When melted, season with salt and nutmeg.

5. Serve this cheesy fondue with bread cubes.
