Cheese Fries

Ready in half an hour, these yummy and fast cheese fries are made with Cheddar and served with bacon for an amazingly delicious snack that your kids will love. Dip in ranch dressing and enjoy your slightly different fries.


28 ounces potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices bacon, chopped
Ranch dressing


1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

2. Slice the potatoes as you prefer you’re French fries.

3. Cook the bacon over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until browned.

4. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

5. Place a piece of foil on a baking sheet.

6. Arrange the fries on the sheet.

7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until crisp.

8. Preheat your broiler.

9. Top the fries with cheese and bacon.

10. Broil for about 2 minutes, until the cheese melts.

11. Serve them with ranch dressing.
