Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds

This divine combination makes one comforting appetizer. Served with sour cream, these cheesy potato rounds will be a real hit in your family.


4 potatoes, cut into -inch slices
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
cup chopped green onions
cup melted butter


Serves: 4


1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Brush the potato slices on both sides.

3. Arrange them on baking sheet.

4. Bake for about 30-40 minutes, until lightly browned.
