2 tbsp. of ketchup
1 tbsp. of soy sauce
2 tsp. of cornstarch
1 tsp. of honey, raw
tsp. of red pepper, crushed
tsp. of ginger, ground
1 tbsp. of vegetable oil

12 ounces of shrimp, cooked and with tails removed

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Using a large sized bowl, combine your water, cornstarch, raw honey, red pepper, ketchup, soy sauce and ginger together until evenly mixed.

Then heat up some oil in a large sized skillet over medium to high heat. Add in your minced garlic and chopped onions. Toss constantly and allow to cook for no more than 30 seconds.

Toss in your shrimp and continue to cook until thoroughly coated with your oil.

Then add in your sauce mixture and stir to combine it thoroughly. Continue cooking until the sauce begins to bubble and is thick in consistency. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
