4 tbsp. of sugar, white
2 tsp. of baking soda
1 cup of water
2 eggs, large in size
Pinch of salt and pepper
Some oil for frying

Preparation time: 40 minutes
Serves: 6

In a large sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients that you need for your meatballs together. Make sure that you season this mix with a dash of salt and pepper.

Using your hands, form your mixture into small balls that are about ¾ of an inch in diameter. Set aside for later use.

Next prepare your batter by combine your dry ingredients together in a large sized mixing bowl.

Then crack your eggs into a bowl and beat them vigorously until well beaten. Keep these two mixtures separated.

The next thing that you will want to do is dip each of your meatballs into your egg mixture first and then roll it into your flour mixture

Now, heat up some oil in a large sized frying pan and once the oil is hot enough,

fry up your meatballs in small batches for about 5 minutes for each meatball. Place your meatballs onto a plate lined with paper towels to help drain any excess fat.

Serve your meatballs with small cocktail toothpicks and sweet and sour dipping sauce.
