Easter Holidays - Vegetable Salad
(Sałatka Jarzynowa)


3 potatoes
3 carrots
2 apples
3 pickles
cup peas
cup (40 g) chopped walnuts
1 cup (250 ml) mayonnaise


1.   Cook the potatoes and carrots so they are not too soft.

2.   Dice the cooled potatoes and carrots, and apples and pickles into quarter-inch (6 mm) squares, and mix them gently in a salad bowl.

3.   Add in the peas and walnuts.

4.   Mix in mayonnaise and stir until evenly distributed. To decorate, pour a quarter cup of mayonnaise on the top of the salad and garnish with peas, tomato wedges, radish slices or walnuts. This salad looks great served on a lettuce-lined platter.
