Basic - Chocolate Glaze


⅓ cup (75 g) butter
⅓ cup (40 g) cocoa powder
⅓ cup (80 ml) milk
1 cup (225 g) sugar
Optional: vanilla extract


1.   In a small saucepan melt the butter on low heat. While stirring, add in cocoa powder, milk, sugar, and optional vanilla extract. Stir on low heat for a couple of minutes until it boils and the ingredients are well combined.

2.   After the mazurek cake has cooled, spread the chocolate on top and let it harden.
