Quick Smoked Salmon Roll-Ups

Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, minced
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon capers
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 (8-inch) flour tortillas
8 ounces smoked salmon

Method

Combine the cream cheese, green onions, garlic, capers and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Spread equal amounts of the mixture over the tortillas, leaving a ½ -inch border. Top with the salmon. Roll tightly to enclose the filling. Chill, wrapped in plastic wrap, for 2 hours. Cut each wrap into 8 to 10 slices.

YIELD: 24 to 30 pieces
