Parisian-Style Salad
( Salade Parisienne )


Left-overs of cooked meat or ham
3-4 cold boiled potatoes
1 onion
1-2 hardboiled eggs
2-3 tomatoes
1 lettuce
Finely chopped parsley
French Dressing


Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4


1. Cut meat into cubes and place in a large salad bowl with the sliced potatoes, chopped onion, sliced or wedge-cut eggs, sliced tomatoes and shredded lettuce leaves.

2. Mix together 1 quantity of French Dressing. Pour over the salad and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Serve salad as a first course with toasted French bread or butter-fried slices of white loaf.
