4 slices whole-grain bread
cup (125 ml/50 g) raspberries
2 tbsp (30 ml) low-fat cream cheese
1 peach


Serves: 2


Toast the bread. Wash and crush the raspberries and combine with the cream cheese. Add a little water as needed and stir until creamy. Spread on two slices of toast.

Halve and pit the peach, then cut into thin wedges. Arrange on top of the cream cheese mix­ture. Top with the remaining slices of toast and serve.

TIP:- You can use red currants or strawberries instead of raspberries.
