Red Hot Slaw

Ingredients

450g/1lb red cabbage, shredded
2 red onions, peeled and finely sliced
1 small white radish, peeled and grated
60ml/4 tablespoons mayonnaise
60ml/4 tablespoons natural yogurt
10ml/2 teaspoons grated horseradish
2.5ml/ teaspoon aniseed
2.5ml/ teaspoon chilli powder

Method

Mix the cabbage, onion and radish together in a large bowl. Cook, uncovered, on HIGH for 4 minutes until the vegetables are hot, but not beginning to cook.


Mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, horseradish, aniseed and chilli powder and stir into the hot vegetables.

Microwave cooking time: 4 minutes
