Swiss Cheese Layer
120g/4oz/1 cup grated Emmental cheese
15m1/1 tablespoon chopped borage
Salt and pepper
120g/4oz/1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
10ml/2 teaspoons savory
30g/1 oz/ ¼ cup cornchips, crushed
Mix the Emmental cheese and borage together and divide between 4 ramekins/custard cups.
Crack 1 egg into each dish and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix the Gruyère cheese with the savory and top each dish with the cheese. Sprinkle with the crushed corn chips, arrange in a circle and cook on LOW for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts and the eggs are cooked.
