Devilled Eggs

Ingredients

3 large hard cooked eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
teaspoon prepared mustard
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of paprika


Method

Cut eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks and mash with a fork.


Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, egg yolks and pepper. Fill eggs with the yolk mixture, heaping it up lightly. Sprinkle paprika over filled eggs. 

Devilled eggs are probably the best part of any picnic.
