Ingredients

Makes 12 opened faced sandwiches

7 oz water packed tuna
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon curry powder
¼ teaspoon prepared horseradish
12 slices white bread, cut in circles
Softened butter or margarine

 

Method

Drain and flake tuna. Combine all ingredients, except bread and butter. Spread each bread round with butter and tuna mixture. Tops may be decorated with spring of parsley, bit of pimiento or olive slice.
