Sweet And Sour Citrus Bread


1 teaspoons yeast
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons wheat germ
3 tablespoons wheat bran
⅓ cup sugar
tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons orange peel, grated
1 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter
cup sourdough starter
cup water, warm


Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in Order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “white bread” and push Start. In hot & humid weather, use ⅛ cup less water.
