Ice Cream Wraps


cup caramel sauce
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
cup chopped pecans
2 cups vanilla ice cream


Makes: 4


Spread an equal amount of the caramel sauce over 1 side of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle with the pecans. Spoon ½ cup vanilla ice cream onto each prepared tortilla. Roll to enclose the filling. Serve immediately.
