Cheese Herb Bread


1- lb loaf

1 ⅛ cups water
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons fruit juice concentrate
cup Swiss or Cheddar cheese, shredded
teaspoon salt
teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
teaspoon basil
teaspoon parsley flakes
1 - 3 tablespoons vital gluten
3 ⅓ cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoons yeast


Add ingredients according to your bread machine manufacturer's directions. Medium colour setting.

NOTE: Fruit juice concentrate (orange, apple etc..) thawed, is used in place of the fat here. Use butter if you desire, in its place.
