Rose Vinegar From Rose Petals


1 kg vinegar
80 gr. rose petals from scented roses


1. Harvest the roses early in the morning. Wash the petals and remove the anthers, the point where the petals join the stamen. Mix the petals in the vinegar.

2. Let the petals ferment for 10 days, then strain the vinegar in a bottle.

3. This juice is used to sprinkle over potato salad.
