Peach and Mango Margarita

2 mangoes, peeled, stoned (pitted) and sliced
3 peaches, peeled, stoned (pitted) and sliced
120ml/4fl oz/ cup tequila
60ml/4 tbsp triple sec
60ml/4 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
10 ice cubes, crushed
Mango slices, to decorate


Serves: 4


Place the mango and peach slices in a food processor or blender. Process until all the fruit is very finely chopped, scrape down the sides of the goblet, then process again until the fruit forms a perfectly smooth purée. Add the tequila, triple sec and lime juice, process for a few seconds, then add the ice. Process again until the drink is quite smooth. Pour into glasses, decorate with mango slices and serve.
