Bacon Kebabs

Ingredients

8 rashers of streaky bacon
8 chipolata sausages
8 apricots
8 prunes

Method

1 Remove the rind and any bones from the bacon rashers. Twist each sausage into three and separate.


2 Thread each rasher on to a wooden skewer, tucking a piece of sausage, apricot, sausage, prune and remaining sausage between the folds of the bacon.


3 Cook with turkey for last 30 minutes of cooking time, or until crisp and golden. Arrange around the turkey to serve.
