Juliana Blue, Like a Ocean

Juliana Blue, as the name suggests, will bring you cool in the middle of the summer. You’ll love the refreshing feel of tropical fruits like pineapple, lime and coconut.

Ingredients

  • Crushed ice
  • 1 measure gin
  • ½ measure Cointreau
  • ½ measure blue Curaçao
  • 2 measures pineapple juice
  • ½ measure fresh lime juice
  • 1 measure coconut cream
  • 1-2 ice cubes

To decorate

  • Pineapple slice
  • Cocktail cherries

Method

Step 1

Put some crushed ice in a blender and pour in the gin, Cointreau, blue Curaçao, pineapple and lime juices and coconut cream.

Blend at high speed for several seconds until the mixture has the consistency of soft snow.

Step 2

Put the ice cubes in a cocktail glass and strain the mixture on to them.

Decorate with a pineapple slice and cocktail cherries. Serve with straws.
