Basic - Rajma-Chana Dressing


cup light-flavored vegetable oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
teaspoon sugar
6 cloves garlic, finely minced
teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
teaspoon dried hot chillies, crushed
teaspoon cumin, ground
⅛ teaspoon fenugreek, ground
⅛ teaspoon anise seed
teaspoon dry mustard


Serves: 1


In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, shake all ingredients vigorously. Set aside for at least 2 hours, shaking occasionally.
