I've never been terribly overweight but it's always been a concern of mine.
I use to be a big couch potato and caught on to the tv show The Biggest Loser and it's great. I'm addicted to it. I caught on around their 4th season
but backtracked and caught up.
They have a bunch of cookbooks and I make all my meals based off those books, and I have one of their fitness books too...
It's really great and changing my life. I recommend checking it out... they show great tips on the show too... I'm sure you could probably youtube
some.
