Probably the first thing I should mention is that I know nothing about cooking food whatsoever. I maintain the web site and a few others and have
done for around 5 years now. If you have any complaints about the site or the design I am the one to blame
I am an administrator to keep the forum is running smoothly and upgraded to make sure there is no security flaws and the database of members is
safe.

hi steve you may not know alot about cooking but yr experties in web design and building seem to be up to scratch  guess if there is something you need to know u can just use the forum you designed to

Hi Steve - Nice site (though it could do with a few more active members 
I;'ll try to drive some this way)
Also, your thread about the beer recipes (did you want recipes USING beer - sacrilege!- or recipes FOR beer?  ) has been heavily spammed with (dubious) link-lists. Perhaps you need to add a CAPTCHA or allow only members to
post?
